Come join SMPS and Community Harvest Project as we pick, sort and package vegetables at Community Harvest’s beautiful farm in support of providing access to fresh produce for their hunger relief program. 

When registering through the SMPS site, volunteers must also pre-register at Community Harvest Project’s site here: CHP Volunteer Registration. 

All proceeds go to Community Harvest Project.

If it rains, we will sort and pack.  

Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your visit to the farm:

• Wear weather appropriate clothing, including closed toe shoes and for wet days, rain gear. 

• Hats and sunscreen are recommended.

• Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.

• Get excited for a great experience! Your volunteer work will have a direct impact on aiding food insecure individuals in our community.
