‘If you don’t ask, you don’t get!’ This truism is particularly relevant in gathering client/prospect feedback. But firms need to ask the right questions, of the right people, at the right time—and apply their findings—in order to effect impactful organizational change. Based on his three decades of AEC client research experience, Rich Friedman will facilitate an interactive discussion about which research tools to use and when, strategies for maximizing your hit rate, and how to apply the data gathered for maximum ROI.

Rich Friedman is the President of Friedman & Partners (https://friedmanpartners.com), a marketing and management consulting firm serving the A/E/C and environmental consulting industries.
