Communicating with internal stakeholders—all your colleagues—is essential to firm operations. Whether it’s a crisis, a new policy roll-out, or something worth celebrating, a solid internal communications framework presents an incredibly opportunity to build alignment at every level of an organization. But who is responsible for it? And which channels are most effective for which messages? Are your internal and external messages in alignment? What we say matters as much as how we say it and how we follow through.

During this interactive discussion, we’ll explore how to build or tune up your internal communications framework and how to scale it appropriately for your team and firm size.

If you have a specific challenge you’d like to discuss, please share it ahead of time via email with [email protected] or [email protected] and we’ll weave it into the conversation.

This session will be led by Karen Robichaud (https://karenrobichaud.com/), a strategic communications consultant serving the A/E/C industry.
