Whether you are picking up a club for the first time in 2026—or ever—we encourage you to join SMPS Boston at our inaugural golf clinic! This event is the perfect chance to brush up on or learn new skills before the summer golf season begins, while also connecting with industry colleagues.

This clinic will be split into two groups: those who are brand-new to golf and those with some experience on the course. A pro will be assigned to each group, and the clinic will be tailored to each group's experience level. 

For the beginner group, the golf pros will go over the fundamentals of clubs, swing mechanics, terminology, course etiquette, and more! The goal of this clinic is to break down any barriers of intimidation that golf may present.

FAQ

What do I wear?
Sneakers and athletic clothing. Polos or fancy golf attire are not required! 

What do I need to bring?
Clubs, if you have them. If not, Stone Meadow will provide clubs (lefty and righty!)  

Is there parking?
Yes! There is a parking lot on site. We encourage you to arrive early because it does fill up around 5 pm.

I have never been to a golf course before, and I am intimidated by it all!
This clinic is intentionally aimed at new golfers. There are no silly questions at this clinic!
