Event Speaker

Dorothy is an information synthesizer who has provided writing, editing, market research, business development, graphic design, photography, photo editing, and strategic planning services to AEC employers and clients since 1978. Her special skill is combining words and images to produce brand-strengthening content and effective marketing communications of all types across the media spectrum. Award submissions have become one of her favorite assignments.

An SMPS member since 1986, Dorothy has spoken at three national conferences, including co-presenting “Winning Award Competitions: What Judges Crave” in 2002; has been a member of five chapters; is a past president of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter; and proudly received SMPS Philadelphia's Honoring Legends Award in 2021.
