No Handicap Required: SMPS Boston Golf Clinic - 6/17
SMPS Boston's inaugural golf clinic took its first swing, breaking down the intricacies of the sport to those looking to improve their casual networking skills. This event was organized by Katherine Lesko (Chapman Construction/Design), Jenn Robertson (Sasaki), and Annie Langlois (Sasaki).
SMPS Boston Summer Social - 7/16
SMPS Boston's chapter celebrated each other on a beautiful summer night at Night Shift Brewing on Lovejoy Wharf. The event was sponsored by Kantiv, Annum Architects, Finegold Alexander Architects, Flow Tech, GEI Consultants, and NV5. The organizing team was comprised of Lucy Simao (GEI Consultants), Kelly Stinnett (Tighe & Bond), Megan Cunningham (Flow Tech), Lisa Hennessey (Copley Wolff), and Sarah Warren (TRAC Builders).
From Reactive to Strategic: Elevating Marketing’s Role in Driving Growth - 7/23
SMPS Boston was joined by Jennifer Haferbecker, a Fractional CMO, advisor, and founder of On Your Market Set Go. Jennifer led a seminar discussing ways that marketers can increase their influence, positioning marketing as a driver of growth in order to become involved in the decision-making process. The event was organized by Katherine Lesko (Chapman Construction/Design), Kristie Norris (Nobis Group), and Jen Clark (Stantec).
Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Leveraging PR to Make a Powerful Impact on BD - 8/20
This member only benefit seminar, led by Susan Shelby, President & CEO of Rhino PR, focused on how PR and marketing efforts bring measurable results to a company's bottom line. The event was organized by Luco Simao (GEI Consultants), and Megan Cunningham (Flow Tech).
CPSM Study Group Information Session - 8/26
For those considering starting the path to become a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), SMPS Boston held an informational session to introduce prospective students to the process and study group.
SMPS Boston Annual Awards Gala - 6/4
The Sold Out SMPS Boston Annual Awards Gala's theme this year was the Triple Crown. Attendees experienced the thrill of crossing the finish line in first place at City Winery, enjoying each other's company celebrating the success of SMPS Boston's members this year.
