The 2023 Awards Gala - Cheers to Marketing Accomplishments!

Keeping it classy and fun with city-sweeping views, the SMPS Boston chapter held their annual Awards Gala on June 8th at the Boston College Club.  More than 130 SMPS members and other AEC professionals attended the Awards Gala.  Mistress and Master of Ceremonies Susan Shelby of Rhino Public Relations and Chuck Raymond of Weston and Sampson, lead the group in this time-love tradition. The Special Events Committee hosted an amazing event in this phenomenal space.  With nearly 360 degree views of the City of Boston, the Boston College Club did not disappoint. The event led by Director of Special Events, Brittany Sampson of Erland Construction, supported by Co-Chair, Emily Jenkins of Bala Consulting, Kelly Cohane of Southcoast Improvement Company, Lauren Hickey of Finegold Alexander, Nicole DePoalo of Arrowstreet, Anders O’Neill of Safdie Architects, Rachel Herbst of CDM Smith, Lauren Tracy of HNTB,  and Jennifer Tulipani of CMTA.

 

The annual awards gala celebrates the marketing accomplishments of Boston area firms and individuals who represent the best of our industry. This year SMPS Boston recognized local AEC firms in the categories of Brand Awareness Campaign, Corporate Identity, Employer of the Year, Holiday Piece, Marketing Collateral, Marketing Professional of the Year, New Member of the Year, Recruitment and Retention, Social Media, Special Event Marketing, Video, and Website. The chapter also recognizes the Volunteer of the Year, Best In-House Design, and Best in Show for both small and large firms.
